Dust Scapes is a picture series of screenshots of the map Dust taken from the computer game Counterstrike. Without the interface, no players and the lack of any action the pictures of the empty map almost appear to architecture or landscape photography. These scapes are scenarios only created to exist in software on servers. They feel sort of deserted but are at the same time crammed full with memories of millions of people who did play this game over and over.
