I wouldn’t call it hacking as the “modifications” did not really have an impact on the city as such. Would have been interesting to see if the curly line made cars or people move differently. So I would call it “street art”.
But it is great street art.

the offical title is “urban cancer” (which i didn t like too much, sounds a bit negative). street art is a big field but more affiliated with graffiti, stencils and paper works. i think it is a hack in the sense that normal city lanuage is used in a very different way.
